1. Measure your chest

Stand relaxed with your arms at your sides. Pass the tape under your arms and around your back, and measure across the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape level with the floor and snug, not tight.

2. Measure your waist

Your natural waist sits between the lowest rib and the top of the hip bone — usually the narrowest point of the torso. If you cannot find it, lean to one side: the crease that forms is your waistline. Measure there, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
